We are currently searching for an exceptional Intensive Care Specialist/Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will provide critical care to patients in severe and life-threatening conditions, ensuring that they receive the highest standards of medical treatment and support.

Your expertise as an Intensive Care Specialist/Consultant will be crucial in improving patient outcomes in the intensive care unit (ICU). You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans while monitoring patients’ conditions and making necessary adjustments to care protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessments of critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Conduct advanced medical procedures and interventions as required.
• Monitor and interpret critical clinical data including vital signs and lab results.
• Communicate effectively with patients’ families about their condition, treatment options, and care plans.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain knowledgeable about advancements in critical care medicine.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and a license to practice medicine.
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine.
• Substantial experience working in an ICU setting handling critically ill patients.
• Strong clinical skills with a deep understanding of critical care best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work under high-pressure situations and make swift decisions.
• Compassionate approach towards patient care and dedication to improving patient outcomes.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the field of critical care medicine.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 95,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
