Job description / Role
Description Support the Director Digitalization and play a central role in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the digital strategy, as well as the digital program management and Project Management Office (PMO)\
Duties:
* Support the internal digitalization agenda-setting and strategy development process
* Monitor the implementation of the digital strategy and provide relevant guidance
* Make sure that digital topics and subject matters are closely aligned across the organization
* Assess the strategic fit and value of digital projects and provides recommendations
* Develop, implement, and maintain the digital program management function
* Provide PMO services to digital initiatives business owners
* Operate the digital performance measurement system (KPI and dashboard)
* Support the digital governance process.

Requirements
* Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting and/or program / project management in relevant industries such as health insurance, financial services, consulting, technology and medical / healthcare
* PMP certification is a plus
* Please not we are looking for candidates who are strong on the digital strategy and transformation front, not digital marketing.
