Position Title: Specialist Financial Analyst
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 20K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the areas of F&B, Retail and Entertainment.

Job Description:
• Prepare feasibility studies for new Joint Ventures in Retail, F&B, Entertainment;
• Create different scenarios based on his / her market understanding and business acumen
• Evaluate the impact of the risk factors on the financial and business performance of new JVs;
• Prepare the detailed business plans for these Joint Ventures;
• Support the onboarding process of these JVs including operations and finance; Benchmark, analyze and comment on the actual financial and business performance of the own companies plus JVs. Focus on business KPIs and their impact on P&L and Balance Sheet.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• 40 y/o and below
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years’ related experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Corporate Finance from any retail & F&B or related industry
• Strong knowledge of Excel & Power BI
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
