Job description / Role

Principal Functions:
- Reviews, handle the training coordination / preparation, implementation & feed back according to the set plan & budget.
- Issue the required reports on the department activities and performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sets the suitable training schedules and communicates the training event to delegates.
- Sends confirmation emails to the target group.
- Makes necessary reservations for the training venue and required equipment.
- Make the necessary communication with the training provider/ Etisalat Academy.
- Follow up on the implementation of the training preparations.
- Follow up on the attendance of the nominated staff.
- Ensures receiving a complete feed back reports on training sessions conducted.
- Analyses and report the training feed back.
- Keeps log and archive the feed back forms and reports.
- Collects staff opinions and ideas to raise it for management attention.
- Creates a mechanism for finding out the staff concerns and suggest improvement recommendations.
- Encourages staff participation in various corporate events.
- Keeps track on expenditure according to training plan and budget.
- Prepares monthly activity Report.
- Keeps record of all training activities and the related documents.
- Updates LNS/OLM with the training history for each staff.
- Sets the appropriate project plan and allocate recourses & co-ordinate with involved parties.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in HR, Business or Public Administration.
- Applicants with CIPD, or related qualification will be given an added advantage.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in relevant HR Discipline.
