Job description / Role
The purpose of this position is to internally report for operational areas with the purpose of operational issue identification and root cause analysis, to provide analytical reports/studies to higher management highlighting \'problem\' areas within the business units, and to align all the business units that are impacted by common KPIs. To compute KPIs from raw data. To baseline KPIs and provide input to Performance management, and to measure, validate, and present company performance data against target for all \'outside-in\' customer-facing processes KPIs from a customer point of view.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience in KPI definition, measurement & quantitative analytics and customer experience validation and customer-facing business process modelling
• Previous experience in applying Business Process Reengineering methodology in Telecommunications.
Knowledge and skills:
• Strong numerical and data skills including associated tools like Business Objects, Excel, Access and SQL
• Strong coordinator between team members and multitude of external parties
• Able to manage delivery of small/medium sized projects through structured methodology
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
