Job description / Role

Responsibilities:

• Strategic program leadership and delivery:
• Spearhead all AI initiatives within DM&T.
• Spearhead DM&T wide transformation programs including AI, digital, and technology (AIDT) PMO, sustainability, and system implementations (e.g., CRM) to achieve step-change improvements in performance.
• Scope, define, manage, and deliver projects with cross-functional teams, rigorous planning, resource allocation, ensuring alignment with DM&T CEO priorities. Deliver on timelines, budgets, and quality standards, often generating multi-million-dollar impact.
• Ensure each initiative is underpinned by robust financial analysis, including ROI modeling and value tracking, in close collaboration with Finance.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and studies to align leadership on vision and translate it into actionable roadmaps.
