We currently have an opportunity for an experienced professional with our Information Technology Department, based out of Dubai; the role of Specialist/ Transformation & CRM Billing would be working to develop test plans across project phases including system integration testing and user acceptance testing; publish periodic management reports, manage risks and develop mitigation plans at the project and program level; develop plans to ensure quality and run necessary quality control measures on projects and milestones.

A typical day on the job would include:

• Develop and maintain BSS & OSS programs test plans reflecting major milestones and dependencies as per the transformation roadmap within CRM , Billing, Fulfillment , Service Assurance & Customer Analytics.
• Work closely with Working Group/Committee and major stakeholders for day to day test management activities.
• Compile & publish all period operational & management reporting at testing level.
• Receive, review, challenge, sanitize test reporting.
• Maintain strong follow up on escalations, issues, and risks.
• Maintain strong liaison with and support CIT Development as well as end user community during testing and rollout phases.
• Work with end users to define detailed functional and technical testing for each technology domain.
• Perform regular quality review over Systems Integrators (SI) deliverables.

Requirements

Formal Education

• Ideally you would be a graduate with Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Years & Field of Experience required

• Academics would be completed with 8-10 years in leading testing within Telecom with focus on IT applications, out of which 5 years in testing BSS/OSS Projects including any of CRM, Revenue Management, Fulfillment Sales and Analytics domains.
• Strong knowledge of System Integration, preferably in Telecoms environment.
