Position Title: Specialty Leasing Manager

Salary: up to 18K AED depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A waterfront lifestyle destination in Abu Dhabi, offering shopping, dining, and entertainment, and serving as a community hub for residents and visitors

Job Description:
• Lease kiosks, pop-ups, and short-term retail spaces to drive additional mall revenue.
• Source and close deals with local SMEs, seasonal brands, and promotional partners.
• Coordinate setup, compliance, and activations with marketing and operations teams.
• Track income, renewals, and performance of all specialty leasing activities.

• Open to Asian and Arabic Nationalities, 40 years old and below
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, real estate or any related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in specialty or commercial leasing, managing kiosks, or executing brand activations within community malls or shopping centers.
• Knowledgeable in mall operations, brand activations, and trends in short-term retail leasing.

Salary:
AED 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
