Specification And Marketing Engineer – MEP Solutions

Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and strengthen relationships with MEP consultants, design practices, engineering firms, and architectural offices.
•Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and lunch-and-learn sessions to introduce and highlight MEP solutions.
•Identify, track, and follow up on project opportunities through consultant interactions and project databases.
•Secure inclusion of company products in project specifications and approvals during initial design and planning stages.
•Prepare, review, and submit technical submittals, compliance documents, and related approval requirements.
•Stay updated on international standards (ASHRAE, BS, NFPA, etc.) and local authority codes/regulations.
•Work closely with internal technical, sales, and marketing teams to ensure effective product positioning.
•Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and industry networking platforms.
•Monitor project progression across design, tender, and execution phases to maintain influence and ensure continuity.

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
•Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the MEP or building materials sector.
•Strong understanding of MEP systems and related materials (e.g., HVAC ducts, insulation, conduits, valves, cabling, etc.).
•Demonstrated experience working with consultants and knowledge of the specification/approval process.
•Fluent in English and Arabic
•Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and CRM tools.
