Job Title: Specification Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on your qualifications

About the company: A globally recognized and highly skilled manufacturer of aluminium profile systems, with origins in Europe and headquarters in Dubai

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote the company's aluminum systems and ensure that its products are included in the plans for new buildings.
• Provide technical advice, product recommendations, and training while collaborating on project-specific solutions with R&D and engineering teams.
• Oversee projects from start to finish, coordinating with sales and execution teams.
• Ensure that aluminum products, such as curtain walls, doors, and windows, meet the necessary industry standards and requirements for building projects.
• Drive lead generation through marketing activities, organize seminars for stakeholders, and manage digital content while staying updated on industry trends.
• Recommend exhibitions, prepare annual budgets for potential projects, and report on marketing and specification management performance.

Qualifications:
• At least 4 years of related experience in aluminum systems, façades, or building envelope solutions.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Must have a strong understanding of aluminum profiles, curtain walls, doors, windows, and industry standards.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Arabic language is a plus but not required
• Immediate joiner is preferred

Work Conditions:
• Work location: Dubai, UAE (with occasional travel for client visits, industry events, and project meetings)
• Work schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday off
• Reporting directly to: General Manager and Managing Director

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
