Specification Sales Manager - Concrete Products - UAE

Our client is recruiting a highly experienced & proven specification salesperson to join its team. They are aiming to significantly grow their sales capability of shot blasted, brushed, coated and polished concrete products in the UAE market.

Client Details
A market leading manufacturer of high quality concrete products for the construction space

Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will be as below:
* Developing and growing the organisation's market for value added concrete products in the UAE territory
* Identifying and hunting new business opportunities/clients in the region through multiple sources
* Managing and nurturing existing relationships and key accounts to ensure clients are kept up to date with product knowledge and offerings
* Increase sales revenue through relevant sales channel for the client's product offering in the UAE market and boost marketing awareness
* Lead generation through your network and experience and successfully converting them to business opportunities or to gain traction in the market

Requirements

* 5 years' plus experience selling value added products into the construction space
* Track record of developing business opportunities with consultants, contractors and sub-contractors for value added products
* If not selling value added/concrete products - then experience selling tangible solutions into the construction space will be necessary
* Tenacious, driven & eager to succeed at developing long term relationships with relevant stakeholders in the industry
* Willingness to travel around the UAE for business development purposes
* Bachelors' Degree from a recognized university
* Arabic speaking skills will be a bonus
