Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job purpose & Scope:
Oversees Specification activities whilst acting as a link between the different sectors to ensure on going efficient service to clients and that maximum sales volume can be maintained.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Work with and develop new and existing A&D, Developers, Consultant and Key End user contracts and accounts in conjunction with sales team.
• Generate Product Specifications through specifies allowing the conversion ration through the sales team to be increased.
• In collaboration with the General Manager and Division Managers, develop and recommend long – range plans, sales, strategy systems and procedures.
• Liaise with the General Manager and Division Manager to ensure projects are progressed, secured and completed (where required to do so).
• Identify business opportunities through understanding customer requirements and their buying criteria, and provide the appropriate service solution in conjunction with sales and design team.
• Ensure that relationship with senior managers and principals are developed and maintained that common business is developed correctly.
• Facilitate client CPDs/Lunch Y Learns in line with client requirements.
• Provide adequate reporting of client meetings and business operations/ transactions as well as completing all internal reporting requirements in a timely manner (CRM).
• Ensure that business and operations are conducted according to the divisions and company’s procedures and policies and general values.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the interiors industry.
• Knowledge of markets is an advantage with a strong understanding of the market place.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good communication ability both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent customer service ability and passion for customer satisfaction and generating new business.
• Fluency in English is mandatory and a good knowledge of Arabic and European languages.
• People Management.
• Negotiation skills.
• Energy and drive.
