Speech & Language Therapist

Job description / Role

Speech-Language Therapist position in a clinical/school setting to provide therapy to children under the age of 18 years with disorders of speech, language, communication, voice, and feeding.

He/She would be responsible for providing evaluations and assessments to clients with therapy plan and objectives for each child.

Clinical/Observation Notes would be required as per client

Progress reports must be issued either 2 or 3 times a year (depending on the child) at the end of academic terms

Requirements

Masters Degree with minimum 1 work year experience or Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years works experience in the field.

Requirements that need to be pursued before employment begins:
• Degree must be attested by the following
• The Ministry of Education of the country where the degree was taken
• The UAE Embassy of the country where the degree was taken
• The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• Dubai Health Authority professional license (holder or application in process)
