Speech Therapist

Job description / Role

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Provide therapy sessions for children and/or adults to improve communication skills and functional outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, occupational therapists, and other team members to ensure holistic care.
• Educate clients and families on communication strategies and home practice activities.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and continuing education activities.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech and Hearing Sciences.
• Valid license or registration as a Speech Therapist (DHA/DOH/MOH)
• Minimum 5 to 15 years of clinical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
