About us
FP Models, established initially as a modelling agency in 2016, currently functions as an agency for professional models and an educator of all-things-fashion for everyone addicted to fashion. FP models company provides whole production things for clients, from models for shooting to a turnkey photoshoot for business, currently, with offices in New York, Kyiv, Dubai.
Objective
By leveraging our experience, our goal is to become the best fashion course provider/model agency in the Middle East market, which should, in turn, contribute to FP Models expanding its presence as an agency in the US as well.
Responsibilities
- Creating commercial proposals and partnership proposals;
- Developing programs for the students and improving the current programs.
- Control the process of training and fulfilment of obligations of coaches and partners;
- Searching partners and selling collaborations: locations for the event, sponsorship of events, gifts to participants, collaboration with fashion brands, and commercial brands, etc.
- Organizing fashion shows and events for the company.
- Drawing up a financial plan and cost control. Packaging of the events/CP for partners/conditions for contractors.
- Control the fulfilment of obligations to clients and partners.
- Organizing castings for students for collaboration with brands.
- Communication with bookings.
- Promotion of the company to the media and the press.
- Maintain reputation and presence of the company on all platforms and social media, deal with all feedback and inquiries.
- Monitoring social media accounts and ensuring growth and positive reviews.
- Coordination of marketing efforts with marketing partners of the company.

Qualifications
- Equivalent experience.
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving skills, stress tolerance.
- Experience in educational projects is appreciated.
- Ability to work with large numbers of people in groups.
- Candidate will be willing to work in a growing start-up environment and dedicate himself/herself to the growth of the company.
- Will be driven to achieve results and be able to spend sometime weekends, overtime at work when required.
- Autonomous. Positive energy when communicating with people.
- Strong logical reasoning skills and able to close a deal.

FP model agency is a parent modeling agency that builds and develops a modeling career.
Our goal is competent management of models and high-quality provision of services to agency clients. We are engaged in the employment of models, both in the CIS and in Asia and Europe. Types of work: catalogs, lookbooks, campaigns, photo and video advertising (TVC), magazines, clips, shows, creative shooting, beauty shooting, showrooms. We are constantly expanding our database of partner agencies and customers, as well as models.
FP model school is an educational project for models and those who want to understand this field.
The main goal is to give the main base of the modeling business, thanks to which a person can understand how the modeling business works, learn how to present themselves correctly, feel confident not only at castings, filming and shows, but also in everyday life. Studying at school does not guarantee getting into the main structure of the agency, but all students are reviewed without fail and have the same chances to continue cooperation with the agency. All students are required to enter the channel with castings in Ukraine and can take part in them. All students are also viewed by the booker for international work. The agency can offer the most promising students a contract and work abroad. Training is available to everyone who is interested in the modeling field (if you want to become a model or, for example, a scout, agent, etc.).
FP model school is a model school for girls and boys from 12 years old. For more than 5 years we have been engaged in professional training and production of models. Our methods are focused on the comprehensive development of the individual and high-quality modeling work on a global scale.
