Job description / Role
Charterhouse are working with an outstanding creative arts organisation, which is involved in leading festivals, exhibitions, international programs and presenting the culture of the Middle East for the rest of the world. Our client has a very rare opportunity to join their Business Development Division to nurture and develop long term partnerships with prospective and current sponsors.
This role requires someone who has a keen interest in arts and culture, with prior experience of managing sponsorship and fundraising opportunities, overseeing the entire development and delivery of sponsorship programs. You will work closely alongside stakeholders, sponsors, and external partners to coordinate the successful execution of sponsorship benefits and activities, monitoring progress against the organisations objectives, ensuring timely delivery to the highest standard. In addition you will contribute towards concepts, budgeting, and implementation of marketing/branding strategies, as well as supporting the coordination of events. This is a fast paced, varied role which would best suit someone who thrives in a deadline driven environment, has a passion for fostering long term partnerships and has a genuine passion and interest in visual arts and culture.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will be Degree educated with 4-6 years relevant work experience in Sponsorship management, either with an arts organisation or Non for profit in the UAE. Familiarity with the UAE arts and culture scene would be highly advantageous.
