Job description / Role
• Drive and deliver client strategy across your portfolio of accounts and advise customers on how to achieve their business goals in the most effective manner by utilizing their various marketing channels most efficiently
• Manage a client portfolio, taking responsibility for day to day management of these accounts
• Build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with client-side managers and maintain frequent contact with any other third party agencies used by each client
• To specifically identify, propose, upsell and implement new projects and campaigns in order to meet and exceed each customer’s ROI and service expectations and to maximise revenue
• Actively propose and help implement new and innovative strategies in order to meet and exceed the department’s overall revenue and profit targets
• Work closely with the technical delivery teams in delivering an outstanding service in order to retain and grow all client accounts
• Proactively advise clients about digital marketing landscape developments and ensure that campaign strategies are adapted in a timely fashion to meet all relevant requirements
• Maintain regular contact with customers and provide timely and efficient responses to all customer queries
• Understand the features and benefits of all the agency’s products and services in order to successfully promote these to clients
• Maintain a strong understanding of all things digital, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Digital Creative, eMail, Website, Mobile, Content etc
Requirements
• At least 2-4 years’ experience in account manager role
• Bachelor’s degree qualification or similar
• Previous experience of managing multiple account executives across multiple channels
• Experience in managing multiple digital projects at one time
• Understanding how digital services can be provided to prospective client
• Multichannel experience is a must. Do not apply if you do not meet this criteria.
