Sr. Business Analyst | Al-Futtaim Automotive | Global Fleet & Remarketing

Overview of the role:
- Development of comprehensive used car specific market intelligence and analytical models. Tracking competitive business practices and consumer behaviour. Coordinate and compile yearly used cars budgets, monthly forecasts, vehicle car flows and reports.
- Enable achievement of used car KPIs, by driving operational performance through effective planning and coordination. Support Senior Management decision making related to used cars sales and sourcing channels by providing comprehensive data and insights.
- Coordinate development of used car processes.
- Accountability for applying defined used cars stock rules common for the group.
- Establish cross functional synergy and relationship between brands and CoE to:
- Effectively share market intelligence
- Ensure compliance with stock and reporting policies and procedures
What you will do:
- Development of comprehensive used car specific market intelligence and analytical models.
- Track competitive business practices and consumer behaviour.
- Coordinate and compile yearly used cars budgets, monthly forecasts, vehicle car flows and reports.
- Collate Used Car market data. Provide insight to market and consumer trends (current & future). Analyse and assess operational data (sales, trade-in, capacity, direct cost, etc.)
- Used car sales and purchase planning (Carflow optimisation)
- Determine opportunities and risks (sales, purchases, model mix, ageing etc.)
- Long term planning (3 year), Budget and Forecast coordination.
- Reporting and analytics - KPIs, dashboards management and board packs preparation.
- Coordinate group Used Cars stock distribution and apply rules defined for the group.
- Manage Used Cars stock aging and model mix; applying the rules and maintaining policy determining optimal stock.
- Coordinate development of used car processes.

What equips you for the role:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA or other advanced analytical degree.
- Additional professional qualifications will be an advantage.
- 7- 10-year work experience in the Automotive industry.
- Used Cars experience is an advantage.
- Strategic and structured approach to data analytics.
- Strong analytical, data driven outlook with the ability to interpret trends.
- Focus on driving commercial results with measurable KPIs.
- Leadership, action & consensus driven.
- Effective Communicator.
