Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:
• Leads digital marketing strategy to support audience engagement and revenue goals, ensuring an integrated approach across channels.
• Oversees the optimization of email and social media channels to drive reach and engagement, ensuring a coordinated approach with other business units, including the membership and retail teams.
• Oversees paid search and SEO strategy in collaboration with agency partners, and works with internal teams as needed to report on marketing campaign performance.
• Collaborates with the Content team to ensure the alignment of content output with channel, audience and revenue goals.
• Acts as a user champion, collaborating with the Digital Product and Content teams to ensure clear user journeys through our digital ecosystem.
• Coordinates integrated digital paid marketing planning for membership campaigns with the goals of acquisition and retention.
• Partners with media agencies on the development and execution of digital advertising campaigns.
• Coordinates the development of a CRM program to strategically align digital communications across all product types, driving incremental audience engagement and revenue.
• Stays informed on emerging trends and technologies, interfaces with IT, the Digital Product team, and other internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, engage new partners, and ensure smooth integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and six or more years of progressive experience in digital marketing and content management.
• Proven track record for engaging and growing consumer interest via digital channels.
• Extensive hands-on experience with search, social media, and email marketing, including paid digital media such as Adwords and sponsored Instagram and Facebook posts.
• Proven managerial, project management, and multi-tasking skills and ability to work independently, proactively, collaboratively, and effectively under pressure with a wide variety of outside agencies.
• Exceptional writing skills and experience in creating short, engaging, fresh copy and impactful visual assets.
• Experience and confidence to respond to creative work/concepts.
• Creative thinker and problem solver who can clearly articulate ideas, frame challenges, highlight opportunities, and offer solutions.
