Job Description
We are looking for an Experience Director to join our Experience Design team. The Experience Director is an engagement leader on digital opportunities, interfacing with clients and working with a team of designers, business consultants and solution engineers.
We are a people centric presales team, creating meaningful moments between customers and Oracle.

Responsibilities
- Lead a group of resources to help customers on their digital transformational journey
- Assist Oracle sales force in driving strategic opportunities
- Develop and deliver outstanding workshops, presentations and demonstrations.
- Assist Customer CxO / Executives in adopting Human Centric Design and Design Thinking
- Advises internal and external clients on overall digital solutions
- Work in partnership with key internal stakeholders and develop network across the innovation eco-system
- Meet with senior customer contacts to build credibility and develop lasting relationships
Requirements
Required Skills
- 5-10 years of experience in presales to complex/Large Enterprises
- Experience of UI / UX / Design Thinking techniques
- Proven track record in a sales-driven organization, selling technology-related products and services
- Experience of agile organisations
- Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Creative with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team
- Knowledge of Oracle products preferred but not essential
- Fluency in English
- Team player and self-motivated
