Position Title: Sr. Graphic Designer – Real Estate Development

Salary: up to 13K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

Job Description:
-Create and design marketing and promotional materials for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This includes brochures, banners, presentations, property listings, renderings, social media graphics, digital ads, and websites.
-Develop and optimize marketing collateral for real estate campaigns, such as sales brochures, email campaigns, social media content, and online advertisements, ensuring all designs are visually engaging and aligned with brand standards.
-Support photo editing, retouching, and video production, including motion graphics, to enhance
-Design graphics optimized for digital platforms, ensuring user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing content across websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.

-Open to Indian & Arabic nationals aged 38 and below
-Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Additional certifications in real estate marketing, branding, or multimedia design are a plus
-Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE real estate sector
-Proven experience in designing marketing materials for real estate projects, including property brochures, advertisements, and digital content
-Deep understanding of the UAE real estate market and the ability to design marketing materials that cater to the specific needs of property buyers, investors, and renters.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
