Position Title: Sr. Procurement Officer – Real Estate Development

About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes for civil materials, equipment, and subcontract packages.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors for high-rise residential building projects (10 floors and above).
• Manage procurement of critical subcontract packages such as Elevators, MEP systems, Façade, and other structural elements.
• Prepare, review, and administer contracts, purchase orders, and agreements to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years’ procurement experience in real estate development or construction, with strong exposure to civil materials and subcontract packages (Elevators, MEP, Façade).
• Proven negotiation, contract management, ERP/software proficiency, and strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and solid knowledge of the UAE supplier market & regulations.
