Job description / Role

Position Title: Sr. Tunnel System Operator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
The hiring company is a technology driven engineering group with expertise in different sectors such as aerospace, electronics, land systems and marine industries

Job Role:
• Monitor SCADA management systems and assist the TSOs
• Manage and supervise TSOs in real-time basis to ensure the quality of the service (KPIs)
• Monitoring and update existing response plans for traffic congestion and incidents,
• Follow up maintenance activates and systems functionality
• Prepare incident reports at the end of each shift and inform the Center staff
• Prepare and submit end of shift report and manage shift handover process
• Assist in updating messages library / adding new message as needed for dissemination of information via the VMS and LCSC signs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and client representatives
• Assist the PM in developing / updating SOPs / incident response plans
• Analyse all records and propose improvements

Requirements

Requirements:
• Open to Any nationals
• Male or Female, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 4 years of minimum experience in similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
