Staff Nurse - Clinic/Wellness

Job description / Role

A rapidly expanding healthcare and wellness group in Dubai is looking to hire multiple Staff Nurses to support its growing clinic operations. This is a clinic-based role focused on patient care, wellness treatments, and IV therapy in a premium outpatient environment The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with strong cannulation skills, confident in handling IV procedures and providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Other responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centred nursing care by building rapport with patients and understanding individual care needs
- Create a compassionate and supportive environment for patients and their families
- Educate patients on their condition, medications, and self-care to promote independence
- Deliver care in accordance with approved clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address patient needs and resolve care issues
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient documentation
- Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment, following infection control and safety protocols
- Administer medications and manage clinical procedures in line with established guidelines
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment as required
- Manage and maintain adequate nursing supplies and inventory

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree holder of Nursing
- With active DHA/DOH license
- With at least 1 year of experience working in the UAE
- Proven experience with frequent cannulation
- Clinic, wellness, IV therapy, dialysis, oncology, ER, or outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing clinic environment
