Job description / Role
Our client, a large medical facility, is currently looking for Staff Nurses - ICU/NICU/CCU, to base in Dubai. For this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Evaluate and monitor the patient’s progress.
• Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition.
• Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members.
• Begin treatment and monitor doses.
• If necessary, respond to a medical emergency and alert the appropriate doctors.
• Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in the ICU unit.
• Complete all necessary paperwork before transferring a patient.
• Maintain patient records.
• Create and implement effective care plans.
Requirements
To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• With valid license from home country
• Eligible to work in Dubai; having DHA license
• At least 2 years of experience within ICU/CCU/NICU Department
• Willing to work in Dubai
• Willing to work for 48 hours in one week
• Willing to do on-calls / Overtime / Night shifts, if highly needed
