Job description / Role
Transguard Workforce Solutions is now looking to hire a Staffing Manager for an iconic leisure & entertainment venue in Abu Dhabi. The job holder will be responsible for managing the day to day HR operations of the employees. This role will incorporate HR and recruitment activities, such as assessment centers, on boarding, employee relations, payroll, leave and cover management while working alongside the operational manager to ensure a high level of employee engagement through training and cross training all employees.
The main responsibilities include,
• Manage the complete life cycle of recruitment process while identifying problems and providing solutions for operations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare recruitment strategy for existing and future needs.
• Provide hiring metrics to organization as required.
• Support management in implementation of full spectrum of HR operations.
• Identifying gaps and Implementing policies & procedures and HR initiatives
• Effective performance management and act as the focal point between the GM, Outsourcing supplier and employees.
• Spearhead on boarding and off boarding process and employee relations (retention, disciplinary management, employee grievances etc.)
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have,
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with relevant mid managerial experience.
• Good understanding HR policies and procedures, UAE labor Law, and recruitment tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Although not mandatory, a genuine interest and knowledge in Art and Culture would be an advantage.
