We are looking for a Stakeholder Engineer (KSA) whom will be responsible for the completion of high quality design reviews and the supervision of discipline project delivery.?
Your new role, what's involved?
* Facilitating all projects and/or program related approvals, permits, standards, guidelines, ordinances, rules and regulations.
* Representing WSP's interests on matters related to permitting and approvals for projects and programs.
* Ensuring that overall engagement is well-planned, structured, and documented. That engagement is focused and efficient to deliver a consistent and coherent message and meet the general development needs.
* Building and maintaining a network of industry partners, public authorities, government, and key decision-makers who will help facilitate the success of projects.
* Developing and maintaining an effective stakeholder communication plan.
* Facilitating communication with external stakeholders and peers.
* Attending client-facing meetings and collaborative planning workshops and report to clients on progress.?
* Monitoring and reporting on the status of all submissions, meetings, phone calls and any other relevant authority engagement.
* Reporting on authority liaison related matters via suitable media (written reports, tabulated status tracker sheets).
* Coordinating and manage the stakeholder and authorities' requirements within the design team and similarly communicate the design team's requirements and objectives with the specific statutory authority/stakeholders.
* Liaising and dealing with the approval process for infrastructure and buildings projects with the specific statutory authorities/stakeholders in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Bachelors' degree in Arch or Civil Engineering or any relevant engineering discipline
* Minimum 2 years' experience in dealing with the approval process for infrastructure and buildings projects with the specific statutory authorities/stakeholders in Saudi
* Fluency in written and verbal communication (English and Arabic)
* Have strong leadership qualities and a track record of delivery
* Proven experience in innovation and process optimization
* Good time management ability and competence in prioritizing tasks and workload
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office software and Auto-CAD
* Ability to effectively communicate at all levels including external stakeholders
* Candidate should ideally have Saudi driver's license
