Job description / Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Stakeholder Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our projects and initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders. You will play a critical role in aligning stakeholder interests with organizational objectives, fostering collaboration, and driving project success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies that align with project goals and organizational objectives.
- Identify key stakeholders including clients, partners, and community members, and establish effective communication channels with them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs, concerns, and expectations.
- Proven experience in handling NOC processes within construction, infrastructure in Abu Dhabi.
- Facilitate regular communication and updates to stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and milestones.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to prioritize interests and influence project outcomes, ensuring that all voices are heard and considered.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder feedback is integrated into project planning and execution.
- Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events to promote engagement and collaboration.
- Monitor and report on stakeholder engagement activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes that may impact stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, public relations, or a similar role, preferably within a project-based environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships and driving project outcomes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to assess stakeholder needs and align them with organizational goals.
- Experience in organizing and facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages is required.
