Position Title: Steward
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 2.2K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meal and tips
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
International high end restaurant and café and premium retail gourmet food boutique.

Job Description:
- Follow cleaning checklists, maintain high standard of cleanliness in all assigned areas, including floors, walls, kitchen and stewarding areas.
- Responsible use and cleanliness of equipment (machinery, dishwashers, equipment and utensils) for all the kitchen
- Maintaining F&B wastage and disposal areas, including dry garbage, fresh food garbage, glass and chemical disposal.
- Able to coordinate with the front of house in order to undertake any other cleaning duties as required
- Records inventory and accounts for daily breakages, using the Cafe's standard form for the monthly inventory and forwards breakage reports on a daily basis

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Open to Any nationality
- 35 years old and below
- Diploma or any relevant certificate
- At least 1 year of experience in the same role
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
