Position Title: Stewarding Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation and meals
Job location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is a Dubai based leisure club for golf in the region.
Job Role:
• Implements and manage cleaning schedules
• Ensures cleaning materials and kitchen equipment is used in accordance with the hygiene and safety rules
• Assists in set up buffets
• Advises on mechanical failures
• Keeps stock lists of all China glassware, cutlery, and banquet equipment
• Prepares time sheets and liaises between the stewarding team and the Executive Sous Chef
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Any nationalities
• Male, 50 years old and below
• High School Diploma or any relevant certification
• With at least 1 year experience in a similar position in a recognized hotel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
