Stock Controller - Level Shoes Operations

What you'll be doing

The Stock Controller is in charge of managing the stock by maintaining the database monitoring transfers and purchases, analysing stock per brand and store and proposing ac

- Follow all relevant supply chain and organizational policies and Standard operating procedures so that the work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Responsible for tracking inventory levels and stock movement across all Level locations / regions.
- Track purchase orders against receiving, stock movement, stock loans, return of old season stock, Factory outlet transfers, liquidation, and removal / disposal of damaged goods and maintain accurate reports.
- Overall Stock flow coordination in liaison with relevant departments.
- Ensure spot, cycle and and annual inventory counts and scheduled, executed and reported as per the SOPs.
- Trace history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock-control records and recommend remedial acons to resolve discrepancies
- Track movements of all non stock assets, maintain records of all goods release approval issued from store.
- Maintain non stock storage inventory records.
- Oversee customer claims and disputes relevant to stock in adherence to organizational policies and procedures and provide resolution keeping customer experience as base.
- Review records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures.
- Keeping an active eye on shrinkage and stock loss, report immediately and take necessary remedial actions in alignment with relevant department.
- Audit on pre-retailing, storage and replenishment activities, generate reports as required by the business.
- Daily Sales & Returns reco VS SOH and depletion, followed with relevant escalations and maintain records.
- Flag any potential cause affecting stock integrity which leads to order cancellations.
- Ensure sales are flowing to all platforms and reflected as per the flow route.
- Monitor performance KPIs on accuracy of product labelling.
- Scheduling cycle counts, Annual stock counts
- Maintain count calendar, results and yearly shrinkage data.
- Maintain Damaged goods records, inventory and ownership of storage.
- Monitor unavailable stock levels and take remedial actions accordingly
- Circulate daily negative / Positive discrepancy reports and conduct spot counts followed by investigation and necessary systemization.
- Conduct stock risk analysis and provide timely advise, solutions to minimize stock loss risk.
- Conduct root cause analysis on stock shrinkage, report and advise remedial actions.
- Generate periodical reports as required by the business and circulate accordingly.

Requirements

What you'll need to succeed

- Complete all stages of the application (Video interview)
- Extensive experience in Stock Management
- Advanced with Microsoft Excel and stock management systems
- Experience in managing high stock Capacity/Volume
- Strong English communication skills
