Store Associate (Visual Merchandiser)

- Ensure implementation and execution of visual merchandising principles in the store with support from the Team Leader - VM
- Responsible for execution of Key Merchandising Principles and Planograms in designated area
- Support window execution and installation during the construction of window sets and in store display
- Ensure execution of all displays as per guidelines that includes right product, lighting, windows and clear, accurate graphics
- Attends regular floor walks in the store with the VM team and Sales Leaders and execute recommended changes
- Responsible for implementation of changes to close gaps identified against the daily checklist during the floor walk

Requirements:

- Ensure clearly communicated price ladder for each function in the assigned section / department
- Proactively execute appropriate merchandising planning in the assigned area based on product movement and availability
- Responsible for knowledge of complete information of all products in assigned section / department and communication of the same to In-store visual merchandisers and Sales Manager
