Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To operate WMS systems to manage stock levels/resource planning/delivery times.
- To operate associated input systems to achieve accuracy in data control; e.g. Bar-coding and Scanning, Scada systems etc.…
- To operate data analysis from WMS to evaluate performance / quality of available resources.
- Utilization of staff and relevant sources according to customer SOP.
- Coordinate with internal depts. to achieve the optimized level of service delivery in stipulated time.
- Ensure to match skill as well as background of company personnel to assigned work.
- Oversee and guide staff members on Good Warehouse Operating Programs.
- Implement sound communication along with motivational techniques to monitor, counsel and control subordinates performance.
- Execute performance evaluation systems essential for logistic supervision.
- Implement and oversee safety programs with logistic distribution and transportation departments.

Requirements

Experience:
- In depth knowledge of the operations and logistics.
- Demonstrated success in leading, supervising, managing staff.
- Ability to manage the financial aspects of a department (monitoring expenses).
- Ability to make customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive relationships.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to read and understand technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to read, understand and communicate reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals to all staff members.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees.
- Ability to maintain and grow positive relationships with all stakeholders

Qualifications

Education and Experience
- Bachelor Degree /Diploma in preferred.
- Minimum 5 years related experience as a Warehouse Team Leader.

- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
