Store Keeper

Job description / Role

- Responsible for the safe storage, transfer of products into & out of the warehouse, ensure FIFO & FEFO, maintaining accurate inventory records and back up documentation.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe warehouse facility, for spare parts, raw materials and finished products.
- Comply with FIFO and FEFO principles for receiving, storing, and dispatching.
- Physically verify the receiving, storage and issue of goods and report any discrepancy (i.e. damages, shortages, etc.)
- Coordinate the issuance of goods and materials to both internal (Manufacturing/3PL) and external customers (clients) in a timely manner
- Ensure inventory levels are accurate and always within the agreed maximum and minimum volumes
- Daily, weekly and, monthly reporting on warehouse KPIs to Line Manager.
- Key player in stock count activities
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into ERP software.

Requirements

- High School with 3 years of experience plus technical certifications as required. Should have completed all necessary operational training at advance level.
- 3 years relevant experience; Middle East Experience preferred

Job-Specific Skills:
- Knowledge of ERP for manufacturing & distribution companies
- Computer MSOffice literacy, ERP Experience preferred

- Knowledge of Health and Safety standards.
