Store Keeper - Interior fitout

Job description / Role

We are seeking a diligent and organized Store Keeper to join our interior fitout and maintenance team in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage inventory, ensure the smooth running of store operations, and support interior project workflows by maintaining accurate records and timely distribution of materials.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize inventory for interior fitout materials and tools.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods appropriately.
- Issue materials and equipment to project teams as required.
- Keep accurate records of stock levels and transactions in inventory management systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers and project managers to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials.
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies or shortages.
- Ensure the store is clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Support the maintenance and tracking of tools and equipment used in interior fitout projects.

- Proven experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in interior fitout or maintenance sectors.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage inventory systems and maintain accurate records.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards in storage and handling of materials.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the UAE market is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years UAE experience in an interior fit-out company.
-Active, energetic, and proactive in daily work.
-Strong computer knowledge, especially MS Excel.
-Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
-Knowledge of interior fit-out materials, joinery, and finishes.
-Immediate joiners preferred.
