Our client is a world leader in the beauty industry, they have multiple stores across the region and are looking to add to their Store Management team in Dubai.
Description
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Store Manager's primary responsibilities will be to:
* Manage the sales and operational functions of the store
* Achieve the store's sales targets and business objectives
* Manage and train a small sales team
* Ensure the brand's concepts and guidelines are adhered to in the store in line with the company's policies
* Be the point of contact for the mall management as well as a key contact with the brand

Requirements
* Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in beauty retail
* Must have experience in managing a team
* Must speak English fluently, Arabic is advantageous
* Must possess a passion for cosmetics and retail
