Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:
• Build the high-end retail brand image of the store, provide the best service experience for consumers
• Assist the store general manager for the overall work of the store, complete store sales target and profit target
• In charge of store daily operation, provide the best service experience for consumers, and achieve store sales target
• In charge of store employee training and development, implement employee training plans
• In charge of store inventory

Requirements

Skills:
• Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years working experience in retail industry
• Professional knowledge and skills related to retail shop management and chain industry operation management
• Serve as the shop manager in the world-class retail industry and have the independent operation management capability of retail stores
• Strong capability in leadership, communication, and team management
• Strong capability in foreign languages, public speeches, and planning capability
