Job description / Role
• The store manager will be in-charge of the full operational requirements and overall store management.
• He/she should plan and direct day to day operations of the store.
• Ensure that products and displays are properly merchandised.
• Ensure the stock availability & timely order
• Staff requirements must be fulfilled and must conduct training, coaching, and providing feedback to staff.
• Responsible to ensure customers satisfaction and must be able to handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete store administration and make sure that all staff will adhere to the store policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Proven successful experience as Supermarket / Retail Store Manager.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and management skills Leadership.
• Minimum 5 year and above experience in supermarket/hypermarket.
