Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are currently looking for a Store Manager to work for a high Luxury Brand (Jewelry and Watches) in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a sales action and strategies alongside the Area Manager to increase store traffic, develop loyal clients, increase brand awareness and increase profits
* Ensure that the team members are providing an excellent customer service to the clients
* Managing store operations by ensuring compliance
* Provide coaching and training to team members on brand and product knowledge
* Monitor stock and conduct regular stock takes
* Analyse the store's monthly performance

Requirements

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience on a Managerial role in High luxury Retail (Jewelry & Watches or Fashion)
* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage, train and develop a team
* Experience in managing store operations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ideally strong clients' portfolio
* Candidate must speak/ read/ write Arabic fluently
