Store Manager - Beauty Division

Reporting to
Retail Manager

Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Summary of Key Performance Indicators
• Reach sales targets of store.
• Prepare sales reports. Should be proficient in using MS Excel & PowerPoint.
• Work regularly on merchandising.
• Strong customer experience knowledge

Summary of Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• The position will focus on leading the team to deliver elevated and unique, luxury customer service.
• Should have an excellent knowledge of the local market and ability to manage a diverse team.
• Being responsible and own all activity in store and act as an inspirational leader, able to motivate a large team and develop your team.
• Demonstrate commercial abilities to monitor KPIs and to drive your store’s profitability.
• It is essential to be proficient and confident using digital marketing.
• It will be required to learn and participate in regular trainings as is required.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: + Commission monthly on reaching sales targets.

Requirements

Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university / institute.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Arabic language proficiency will be an added advantage.

Experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Asst. Store Manager in any luxury retail environment.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Dedicated and motivated to achieving both individual and store targets.
• Strong clientele background.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about the beauty industry.
• High cultural knowledge and awareness.
• Excellent understanding of luxury brands and retail sales environment.
• Perceptive of customer needs.
• Fluency in Arabic is highly preferable
