Job description / Role
An exciting opportunity to be part of the globally renowned principal luxury brand has opened! Our client, a high-end, luxury retail company is looking for a commercially minded, dynamic and well experienced Store Manager to be based in Dubai. He/ she is responsible for overall management of operation, sales, CRM, and talent management in the store.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead and direct all activities required to achieve store business objectives; including but not limited to client development and experience, human resources management, operations, loss prevention, and maintaining the brands visual standards while driving employee engagement.
• Fully support and align with all key business initiatives and new product launches
• Recruit and build motivated team, develop them to the next level and secure succession plans
• Ensure the implementation and development of company CRM initiatives
• Model and supervise the selling environment, provide consistent coaching on sales training process in order to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales
Requirements
• At least 5 years of sales and store management experience in luxury fashion retail industry is a must, with proven track record of managing a team of 10 or more
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Commercially minded with thorough understanding of the luxury market in the region
• Strong business acumen, coupled with the ability build strong and lasting relationships and brand loyalty
• Able to bring professionalism and high level of sophistication to the role
• Must be a balanced leader that drives results, develops talent, and focuses on the customer
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and POS
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills. Arabic skills is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
