Store Manager - Pizza/Burger

Our client a renowned leader in Fast Food Industry is looking for dynamic professionals to join their team.

Hiring Store managers with experience in handling fast food outlets that make pizza, burgers etc

Preferred ARABIC speaking

Store Managers are responsible for the day-to-day running of the store and managing the various team members. They must have excellent organizational and communication skills, plus a great attitude.

Store Manager Responsibilities:

Creating rosters
Ordering stock and completing stocktakes
Managing the store during a shift
Food Safety Supervision
Cash control
Staff management
End of day paperwork
Safety and security

Coordinates activities of workers engaged in keeping business records, ordering or purchasing supplies, and delivery of foodstuffs to wholesale or retail customers. Responsible for gathering all required paperwork for new hires and submitting that information to personnel within 48 hours of first shift worked by the new hire. Controls costs through inventory control and monitoring store food cost tracking data. Performs daily banking and closing procedures as outlined in the company Operations Manual. Orders all supplies and foodstuffs required to serve customers and operate the store. Must meet required food cost goals, labor cost goals, sales goals and store inspection goals. The store manager is responsible for creating an environment of cleanliness that assures their store will meet or exceed the minimum score of 85% on a store inspection for every shift the store manager is the closing supervisor.

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 4,100 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of store management experience in the same industry and 2 years within a similar position.

Preferably candidates who have experience with Pizza / Burger Restaurants.

Minimum educational qualification required; ability to communicate fluently in English and can easily blend with the team.
