Job description / Role
We are looking to recruit a Store Manager for a top luxury brand based in Dubai, UAE. The candidate should possess a strong passion for retail along with eloquent internal and external communication skills and ability to interact with top management.
Main responsibilities:
* Analyse KPIs/manage P&L, propose and execute action plans with the Regional Director.
* Apply and respect the sales policies/procedures established by the Company.
* Collaborate with the HR team with the recruitment process and able to detect talents.
* Be a real luxury and classic ambassador for the brand and the image portrayed.
Requirements
Candidate specifications:
* Candidate must have at least 5 years of luxury/retail experience as a Store manager or Assistant Store Manager
* Ability to multitask and handle pressure of a busy day.
* Candidates must be based in UAE
