Job description / Role
A global luxury brand is looking for Store Supervisors to its Al Ain, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah stores. Suitable candidates must be based in these locations.
Business:
• Provide support for the Store Manager.
• Identify and analyse deviations and their causes, and propose action plans.
Client experience:
• Win the client’s loyalty.
• Floor Management to guarantee an addictive experience for our clients.
• Provide support for the Store Manager in analyzing results and proposing action plans.
• Provide support to subordinates in difficult situations with clients.
Sales:
• Collaborate in achieving sales objectives.
• Apply the sales policies and techniques established
• Provide support for the Store Manager, analyzing the results achieved during your shift and proposing action plans.
Operations:
• Apply the policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the shop’s projection of an excellent image.
Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience as a Store Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager
• Be passionate and motivated about the beauty industry
• Proven consistent performance in current job
• Problem solving skills
• English is mandatory, Arabic is a plus
• Candidates must be already located at Al Ain, Fujairah or Ras Al Khaimah.
