Salary: up to 4K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading Bakery serving the community of U.A.E for more than 25 years.
Job Description:
• Conduct regular inspections BOH kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory and ensure that all food supplies and other operational essentials are adequately stocked and initiate corrective actions
• Monitor the outlet cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations and Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino and Indian nationals
• 35 years and below
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in the same role
• Must have experience working in bakery, coffee shop, or confectionery related companies
• Must have PIC 3 and Quality Controller or HACCP certification
• Must be available to join immediately
