Job description / Role
I have an exciting opportunity with a multinational brand that is looking out for an experienced store supervisor in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The candidate should have expertise in luxury/premium retail sector, ideally as a supervisor and managed a team of over 5 people in a multicultural dynamic environment.
Main responsibilities
* Management, motivation and training of the employees ensuring the relevant Company's procedures are followed.
* Provide support for the Store Manager in analyzing results achieved and suggest action plans.
* Apply and respect the sales policies/procedures established by the Company.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager in order to develop and train the team members, detect talent and motivate the personnel.
* Set an example as a real Ambassador of the brand and project an exquisite image in accordance with the guidelines set by the Company.
Requirements
Candidate specifications
* Must have at least 5 years of experience in luxury/retail environment and minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
* The ability to multitask and handle the pressure of a busy day.
* Drive and ambition to complete your tasks in a timely and effective manner.
* Strong internal and external communicator with the ability to interact with managers and colleagues at all levels.
* Candidates must be based in the UAE.
