Position Title: Storekeeper
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5,000 AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
About the Client:
The hiring company is a highly respected Consumer Retail Company leading the UAE distribution of brands with the best quality for customers; with multiple branches within Dubai dedicated on sales, distribution, logistics, processing, and marketing of food products.
Job Role:
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
- Perform picking & sorting of frozen food items
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
Requirements
Requirements:
- Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities
- 45 years old and below
- High School Diploma or any relevant certification
- With at least 3 years of work experience in the same role
- Must be physically fit and able to carry heavy items
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
