Storekeeper

Job description / Role

• Maintain accurate stock levels of spare parts, tools, and consumables for fleet repairs and maintenance.
• Regularly perform inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with records.
• Identify stock shortages and proactively order supplies to avoid delays in fleet operations.
• Track incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring correct labeling and categorization.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all stock movements and update inventory records in the system.
• Prepare periodic inventory reports for review by the Workshop Supervisor.
• Work closely with mechanics and technicians to ensure they have the required parts and tools.
• Quickly locate and distribute items needed for maintenance tasks, minimizing downtime.
• Coordinate with suppliers to expedite deliveries for urgent parts when needed.
• Perform basic checks and maintenance of storage equipment (e.g., shelves, racks) and report any issues to the supervisor.

• UAE or Gulf experience is mandatory. Candidates should have experience in garage/workshop.
• Nationality: Indian, Nepali, Pakistani.
• Work location: Abu Dhabi.
• Salary is all-inclusive. The company will provide only transportation, medical, and visa.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,600 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
