Responsibilities:
- Oversaw inventory management, maintaining accurate records and stock levels.
- Conducted regular stock checks and reconciled discrepancies.
- Collaborated with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Managed daily cash transactions, including sales and student account payments.
- Reconciled cash drawers and prepared daily financial reports.
- Secured cash deposits and coordinated with the finance department.
- Provided excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff.
- Supported finance and operations team.
Skills
Should possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage inventory efficiently. Proficiency in stock control systems and basic record-keeping is also essential for smooth store operations.
