Job description / Role
Storekeeper Up To 5k++ for a Leading Printing Company in Dubai
• POSITION: Storekeeper
• SALARY: up to 5,000 AED plus accommodation and transportation depending on experience and qualifications

• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Handling all inventory and stock keeping, must be able to make reports on a timely basis and issue material when needed in an accurate way
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
• Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
• Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
• Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
Requirements
Candidate profile:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male, 35 years old and below
Education / Experience Required:
• High school diploma or any relevant certification
• Minimum of 4 years of experience preferably from a printing services company
• Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
• Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
• Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
• Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to safely and legally operate a forklift
• Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50lbs
